Super 18: A NEW ERA OF PERFORMANCE

The Super 18 is a high performance airplane based on the Piper PA-18 Super Cub. This aircraft design is the result of a joint effort between Airframes Inc. and Dakota Cub Aircraft and is currently undergoing flight testing for an FAA Type Certificate (TC). Once the TC is issued, Northern Airframes LLC Inc. will begin assembling the Super 18 under license from Airframes Inc. and Dakota Cub Aircraft. If everything goes according to plan the TC will be issued by the end of 2006.

The Super 18 flies faster, climbs faster, lands slower, carries more and is more stable than the standard Super Cub.
